FOOD WASTE MANAGEMENT

Juliana's first project was a two year collaboration that led her to co-author a book about food waste management and had a discussion with regards to food waste policy with Mr Shoebridge - Federal Green Senator for NSW. 

Juliana believes there is a need to be bold, creative and committed to sustainability and she wants to do her part for Sustainable Development for our future. 

Juliana's focus is the grassroot level -  the everyday PEOPLE - to keep the conversation and data real and to design solutions which is relevant to us.
