Our working groups are the platform for authentic conversations with regards to the topic at hand. Keeping it real when identifying the "gaps" within the sustainable topics.
Carefully designed engagement models are planned to peculate the sustainable topic and solicit fresh new ideas from it. These engagement will be directly aimed to individuals and businesses.
The fresh new ideas and solutions are circulated back to the wider market through various channels to impact the sustainability topic. Our learning utilises a circular learning model and our core values - Stewardship, Heart & Ethics.
“Mother” is a word synonymous with abundance
So let’s shower her with bountiful confidence
Gift mothers with the program of “mothership”
To restore her expression in leadership.
Teaching Sustainability subjects for a tertiary institution allowed Juliana to sharpen her skills for sustainable development research and to identify the gaps within this area. Her professional background in finance, marketing, sales, economics, culture, change management, projects and communication gives her the edge to form effective engagement models in sustainable development.
In 2019 Juliana decided to actually step into the market with a sustainability engagement advocacy business. Her first project saw a collaboration that led her to co-author a book about food waste management and now she is working tirelessly to innovate work conditions for working mothers under SDG#8. Her vision is to bring the "edge" and identify gaps within sustainable topics and develop engagement models to find new ideas for change/solutions for those topics.
From Juliana's observation, the new values required for our journey into sustainability development are Stewardship, Heart and Ethics. This is at the heart of what shapes SHE SUSTAINABILITY vision, mission and activities.
